When I needed to sell my home, my Realtor referred me to Nancy Finch. She specialized in the short sale of homes. Even though this is a very difficult decision to make, I have to say that it went well. My home was on the market and sold within 4 months. From what I had heard, this never happens. 11/5/10 I had the pleasure of working with Nancy Finch when I purchased my home last month. During the time we worked together, we looked at many homes and made offers on several. My goal was to find the right home for me at the right price and located in a gated community. She really knew my needs and rather than running me all around, she identified homes for me. The house that I ended up purchasing dropped in price and she previewed it. Her “get things done” attitude helped both the seller and the buyer negotiate a price that was acceptable to both parties.
